Q:What is a template?

A: A website template is a ready-made web-site design that can be used as the foundation for building a new website. In a short period of time, you can replace the text and pictures in the templates with your own using the appropriate software. The main template advantage is that you can preview the appearance of your future website before you pay for it.

Q: What is customization of a template?

A: Template customization is a process of changing (updating) a template according to the customer's requirements. You may order adding your text and images, changing colors and size, creating custom scripts and flash animated area. You may order anything you desire and our professional designers will bring it to life for you!

Q: Which customization services can I order?

A: You may order any template customization you want. We provide a wide range of services, from simple pasting customer's text, to creating custom scripts and flash animating. You may view our list of basic customization types here.

Q: What is the price for tuning?

A: You may view our list of basic prices here. Please note: If you order the same customization type for a few pages you don't have to pay for every page. You only have to pay for one page and add an extra 5$ for each additional page.

Q: How long will it take me to get the result?

A: Once you have explained to our Design Group what exact template tuning you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical customization takes between 36 - 48 hours, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)

Q: What do I have to do to avoid delays and get a desired result?

A: Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary information and personal files (texts, images, your original template) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.

Q: What should I do if I do not like the template tuning result?

A: When your task is done you receive an e-mail asking you to link to your personal production interface and check screenshots of your template tuning result. If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it and demand necessary updates by e-mail.

Q: Will I get the origin of template back aside from the customized template?

A: Yes, you will receive your original template. Once you have accepted the template tuning result you will receive an e-mail with 2 compressed .ZIP files. The first compressed .ZIP file is with template tuning result, the second compressed .ZIP file will be with your original template.

Q: What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

A: You may: Build any website using the template in any way you desire.
You may not: Resell or redistribute templates; Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified; Make more than one project using the same template (in order to do so you will have to purchase the same template again, unless you have purchased it as a unique template in our New Template area).

Q: Do I need any special skills in web design to order a customization?

A: No, you don't need any special skills at all. All you need is to contact with our Design Group and explain what website you want. The rest of work will be done for you by our professional designers.
